Days Gone
Days Gone didn’t have the best reputation at launch due to bugs and other issues. However, given the size of the development team and what it achieved, the story of Deacon St. John as he struggles to survive in the post-apocalyptic wilderness of Oregon remains compelling. Survival elements like repairing and refueling one’s bike collided with action-heavy sequences against hordes of Freakers while the world itself was gorgeous, balancing gritty realism with scenic wonders.
