Sony’s one breakout live service hit, Helldivers 2 has had its share of controversies this year, between the PSN kerfuffle and numerous nerfs. Nevertheless, after its 60-day plan, balance is in a better place than ever, further heightening everything great about the game, namely the frantic action, killer weapons and awe-inspiring stratagems. It also doesn’t hurt that the monetization is more generous than other live service titles while Galactic War continues to evolve in intriguing directions.
