Marvel’s Midnight Suns
Marvel’s Midnight Suns, developed by the XCOM studio Firaxis, is a curious looking game. As the Hunter, players work with a roster of heroes that includes Captain America, Ghost Rider, Doctor Strange, Wolverine and many more to defeat Lilith. Players can embark on missions with up to three heroes but abilities are based on random card load-outs with different effects – like knocking back enemies and environmental explosives. While not fighting, players can interact with the different heroes and build friendships with them. Releasing in Q3/Q4 2022 for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch, Marvel’s Midnight Suns has a ways to go but could surprise us.
