Destiny 2: Shadowkeep Trailer Showcases An Army of Nightmares

Former foes rise up to battle once more in this new trailer.

The battle will be raging once more in Bungie’s Destiny 2: Shadowkeep. The shared world shooter’s latest expansion will see players returning to the Moon at the behest of Eric Morn to deal with the Hive. However, something is different as an army of Nightmares composed of past foes has risen up.

Crota, Ghaul and many more enemies will be returning in new ways. To combat them and other Nightmares, players will have new Finishers for executing weak foes. Armor 2.0 will allow for more customization and the trailer showcased some of the new equipment that players will be using.

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep will be releasing on October 1st for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Destiny 2: New Light, the free to play iteration of Destiny 2: Year 1 will also be out in October, allowing new players a chance to jump in. As for Stadia, Shadowkeep will release on it this Fall, free for all Stadia Pro subscribers as part of Destiny 2: The Collection.
