Honkai Star Rail - Version 1.3

miHoYo has announced that Honkai: Star Rail’s next big update, Version 1.3, “Celestial Eyes Above Mortal Ruins,” will release on August 30th for PC, iOS and Android. It adds Imbibitor Lunae, a five-star Imaginary character following the Path of the Destruction, followed by Fu Xuan, the Master Diviner of the Xianzhou and a five-star Quantum character on the Path of the Preservation.

Other new features include the Aurum Alley, a new area players can revitalize for rewards and additions to the Simulated Universe. The latter is getting The Swarm Disaster, a new mode laid out like a chess board. Players can even roll buffs with die and battle new enemies en route to investigating the war between Tayzzyronth, the Aeon of Propagation, and the others.

Another new addition is an increase to Trailblaze Power from 180 to 240, now encompassing an entire day. Players can also store any surplus Power if they can’t log on for a day and use it later. Stay tuned for more details on the new characters in the coming days. Honkai: Star Rail will also be at Gamescom, so perhaps a release date for the PS5 version, out in Q4 2023, will be announced
