Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition Accolades Trailer Highlights Critical Acclaim

Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition

Horizon Forbidden West and its expansion, Burning Shores, have received a new accolades trailer. Lest you’re wondering what month (or year) it is, the trailer focuses on the Complete Edition, which is out today for PS5 and early 2024 for PC. Check out what critics had to say about the open world title and its expansion.

As a follow-up to Horizon Zero Dawn from 2017, Forbidden West sees Aloy venturing to save the world. It expands on the open world with new activities, Machines, and weapons, while improving the visuals, motion capture, and more. Burning Shores introduces a new region and threat, as Aloy works with newcomer Seyka to confront it.

Horizon Forbidden West has sold over 8.4 million units since launch. Check out our review for it and Burning Shores here and here. As for the future, Guerrilla Games is working on an online title, though there will be more single-player-focused adventures for Aloy.
