GTA 6 is coming in two editions: Standard and Ultimate, with some nice goodies in the latter. Fortunately, Standard Edition owners can always upgrade to access these later, as recently confirmed by Rockstar.

There isn’t going to be a disc on the physical edition, but preloading on that digital code that comes with it is still in line with the previously confirmed November 10. Additionally, you can pick up the digital Ultimate Edition Upgrade on your console’s storefront if you’re so inclined. There is no physical copy of the Ultimate Edition.

As for the Edition itself, it brings a nice list of goodies for you to nab as you play through Jason and Lucia’s story, with a phased rollout at the beginning of each chapter that we suspect is going to be another strong motivator to play as obsessively as you can.

We did feel a little sad to see that there won’t be a disc in the box if we nab a physical copy, but that staggering install size probably had something to do with it. Well, if the promos are any indication, our sadness will probably be a distant memory once we get started with this one. You can find more details here, though PlayStation users should make particular note of region-locking.
