After announcing that over 1.3 million players have completed Baldur’s Gate 3 since launch, Larian Studios has released several new stats for the acclaimed role-playing game. It reaffirmed Paladin as the most popular class, Gale as the most popular companion and Shadowheart as the top love interest (followed by Karlach and Lae’zel).
However, the most popular subclass is the Berserker, followed by the College of Lore Bard and Tempest Domain Cleric. Other interesting stats include 94 percent of players opting to create a custom character and spending 8,196 years in the Character Creator. About two million survived a dinosaur attack, 1.24 million became a cheese wheel, and over 113 million corpses have been spoken to since launch.
Baldur’s Gate 3 is available for PS5 and PC, with the Xbox Series X/S release coming in December. The latter will be announced at The Game Awards on December 7th, so stay tuned and check out our feature for more details.
