With Rafa and Vex out of the way, it’s time for the Forgeknight of Borderlands 4, Amon, to get a dedicated cinematic short. It highlights his encounter with a cult that wants to open a vault, thinking it will lead to paradise. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case, leaving it to Amon to save those in need.
Despite the simple premise, it highlights a bit of Amon’s backstory and how a Vault opening led to the deaths of hundreds of soldiers and those he cared about. He’s now on Kairos, seemingly to prevent more such Vaults from being opened, though Harlowe quickly reveals that she only wanted to know his favorite ice cream flavor. Pistachio, as it turns out.
If Amon’s personality wasn’t appealing enough, maybe his God of War-like arsenal of Action Skills, which includes a shield for tanking damage, a rocket punch, and dual elemental Viking axes, will do the trick. Head here for everything you need to know about his skill trees.
