Storm in a Teacup’s first person adventure title Close to the Sun will be heading to the Nintendo Switch later this year. The developer announced the same in a new trailer, along with showcasing how the game would look on the hybrid platform. Check it out for yourself below.

Close to the Sun takes place in an alternative 19th century onboard the Helios, a large sea vessel for scientists and other visionaries. A journalist, Rose, receives an invitation from her sister to board the ship but suddenly comes across a number of strange occurrences. It isn’t long before inter-dimensional horrors and other hijinks emerge.

Developed on Unreal Engine 4, Close to the Sun is already available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. The PC version is exclusive to the Epic Games Store currently. You can read our official review of the game here, where we praised its visuals and atmosphere, but ultimately found the gameplay to be wanting. Stay tuned for a concrete release date in the future.
