With Control Resonant reviews landing tomorrow and its launch set for next week, it seems fitting for Remedy Entertainment to drop a launch trailer. Best of all, it continues the developer’s trend of including absolute bangers as theme songs, this time with The Cardigans’ “Losing My Favorite Game.”

There are some brief snippets to glean, though, including Zoe talking about their chance to save the city. Later on, she asks Dylan why he didn’t run – possibly referring to when he wakes up from his seven-year-long coma. He remarks that he never thought he would have something to die for.

What that could mean remains to be seen, but given Dylan’s history with the Federal Bureau of Control (which you can learn more about here), and how they aren’t all that happy to receive his help, it could revolve around finding Jesse. Then again, finally being free and exploring the world, especially after staying cooped up inside The Oldest House for most of his life, may also be a reason.

Either way, we’ll find out when Control Resonant launches on September 24th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Reviews drop on September 18th at 6 AM PST, so stay tuned for all the latest updates. Check out our feature here for other details.
