Bungie’s Destiny 2 is gearing up to reveal its next season and possible new expansion (with Eris Morn and The Drifter being involved). However, Season of the Worthy is still going on and The Almighty is still careening towards Earth. What else is left but to blow it up?
That’s exactly what Bungie is teasing for tomorrow at 10 AM PDT. In an official tweet, it notes that Rasputin, the AI Warmind, is at full power and would “take aim at the Almighty.” Such an event is reminiscent of Fortnite’s special events though this will likely take place in the Tower instead of a separate playlist.
Either way, you won’t want to miss it (especially after grinding all those Seraph Bunker bounties and upgrades). As for the next chapter of Destiny 2, it will be revealed on June 9th at 9 AM PDT. With the ominous pyramids coming closer to Earth, it may finally be time for players to find out just what they are. Stay tuned for more details in the coming days.
