Bungie recently released hotfix 2.6.1.1 for Destiny 2, once again seeking to fix an issue affecting quest progression for Izanagi’s Burden. The developer has tried once already so hopefully the problem is gone for good. If you’ve found yourself affected by the issue previously, just follow the objective when logging back in.

The hotfix also increases the Power granted by Pinnacle rewards. Instead of +1, they’ll now award +2 Power which should hopefully make the grind to 960 easier. Furthermore, if you weren’t getting any Powerful rewards from Eris’s Weekly Challenge, then that issue should be fixed as well.

You can check out the rest of the hotfix notes below. Destiny 2 has a bit going on right now. Iron Banner recently returned and will be active until the next weekly reset. The latest dungeon, Pit of Heresy, is active and there’s also the Halloween event Festival of the Lost to partake in. Stay tuned in the meantime for any other updates.
