NEW DEMONS
DOOM is all about ripping and tearing through hordes of demons, and while quite a few fan favourites will be returning, DOOM Eternal will also introduce some new creation of its own, with a total demon count that’s twice as high as the previous game. Of the newbies, many are quite interesting. For instance, there’s the Doom Hunter, a part-demon part-machine entity that is designed specifically to hunt down the Doom Slayer. Then there’s the Marauder, a hulking and armoured horned beast wielding a giant battle axe and a Super Shotgun. There’s Whiplash, a demon that can slither around and tries to flank players, attacking with deadly slashes. Certainly, there will be no shortage of new demons to rip to pieces.
