Dragon Age: The Veilguard Requires 100 GB Installation Space on PC

BioWare has revealed the RPG's PC requirements, with a solid-state drive optional at the bare minimum and mandatory otherwise.

Alongside the release date and different editions of Dragon Age: The Veilguard, BioWare has also provided specifications for its PC version. As revealed on Steam, Windows 10/11 64-bit is mandatory alongside DirectX 12 and a whopping 100 GB installation space on every set-up.

Minimum requirements include an Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 3 3300X, 16 GB of RAM, and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 970, GTX 1650, or an AMD Radeon R9 290X. A solid-state drive is preferred, but a regular HDD will also work.

That’s sadly not the case for the recommended requirements, which demand an SSD along with a Core i5-8400 or Ryzen 3 3300X, 16 GB RAM and an RTX 2070 or Radeon RX 5700XT. It’s also worth noting that AMD CPUs running on Windows 11 require AGESA V2 1.2.0.7.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard launches on October 31st for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC, retailing for $59.99 on PC and $69.99 on consoles. Head here for BioWare’s roadmap of reveals en route to launch.
