Luminous Productions and Square Enix have released a new trailer for Forspoken, focusing on its implementation of the PS5’s DualSense features. Even if you haven’t played the recent demo, many features will look familiar to how other current-gen titles use the controller. Check it out below.

First up, the Adaptive Triggers, which provide different resistances and pressure when using spells. Burst Shot may feel like a steady stream of shots before the heavy rock projectile at the end, while Crucible will feel like a big burst. Different surfaces feel unique with Haptic Feedback, and Cuff, your sentient bracelet, can be heard through the controller’s speaker.

Forspoken is out on January 24th, 2023, for PS5 and PC. Pre-ordering the Standard or Digital Deluxe Edition on PS5 will net some PlayStation-themed gear like the Symbol Combo Necklace, Trigger Happy Nails, and No Limits Cloak. For more gameplay, check out the recent showcase here.
