Genshin Impact - Nahida

miHoYo’s Genshin Impact is getting a significant new update tomorrow with Version 3.2, “Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises.” It adds two new characters, including Nahida, the current host for the Dendro Archon. While not in the best predicament story-wise, a new Character Demo trailer does provide some relief.

Nahida is a 5-star character that uses a Catalyst to fight with. Her elemental attacks are, of course, Dendro, and she can mark and link multiple enemies together for more damage. The full extent of her kit is currently unknown, but she pairs very well with Pyro, Electro, and Hydro characters.

A Collective Miscellany trailer should be out tomorrow, showcasing her various abilities and passives, so stay tuned. There will also be an Event Wish Banner for two weeks where Nahida will have a boosted drop rate.

Version 3.2 also adds Layla, a new 4-star Cryo character who wields a sword, and the conclusion to the main story in Sumeru. A new boss fight against Scaramouche, aka The Balladeer, piloting a giant mech, has also been teased.
