Genshin Impact - Nahida

Genshin Impact’s latest update, Version 3.2 “Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises,” is now live on PS4, PC, iOS, and Android. Along with concluding the main story of Sumeru, it adds two new characters. The first that’s currently live is Nahida, the host for the Dendro Archon. She’s a 5-star character wielding a Catalyst and Dendro abilities.

A new Collective Miscellany trailer breaks down her abilities, starting with the Elemental Skill “All Schemes to Know.” Pressing it causes AoE Dendro damage, and each enemy is marked with the Seed of Skandha. Holding the button will enable aiming, with Nahida able to mark a select number of enemies.

These enemies will suffer Dendro damage and be marked with the Seed of Skandha. They’ll also be linked together, with Elemental Reactions or Dendro Cores enabling Tri-Karma Purification on all enemies. It deals Dendro damage based on her Attack and Elemental Mastery stats.

Nahida’s Elemental Burst is called “Illusory Heat,” which summons the Shrine of Maya. Depending on other Elemental characters types in the party, she can deal more damage with Tri-Karma Purification (via Pyro), reduce the interval between each (via Electro), or increase the Shrine’s duration (Hydro). Having at least two party members of Pyro, Electro, or Hydro on the field increases the effects further. The bonuses still take effect as long as they’re in the Shrine, even if Nahida is absent.

For more details on her Ascension Passives and travelling skills, check out the video below. Nahida is available in the current Event Wish Banner for the next two weeks, after which Layla should go live. Stay tuned in the meantime.
