Grand Theft Auto 5: New Screenshots and Details Revealed

Come travel to Los Santos and Blaine County, where nothing can go wrong.

Rockstar Games recently posted a mock travelogue for Los Santos and Blaine County, two of the main locations in the upcoming Grand Theft Auto V. Some new details can be gleaned along with the new screenshots and artwork released.

Apparently, one will be able to purchase aircraft by heading to ElitasTravel.com in order to pick up jetliners like the Luxor and Shamal along with helicopters. There also seems to be a gubernatorial race going on as the liberal Sue Murry faces off against the conservative TV star Jock Cranley. How this will play into the storyline remains to be seen though (can you become mayor a la Saints Row The Third? No? Okay).

There will also be watersports to go with the boats, beaches, jet-skis and sunbathing. Along with hiking through the outdoors, you’ll be able to complete different challenges in the great outdoors of Blaine County. One of the locations will be Mount Chiliad and honestly, if we don’t find a heart beating within and powering all of GTA V’s world, we’ll be might disappointed.

Grand Theft Auto V releases on September 17th for Xbox 360 and PS3.
