Guild Wars 2 Free Trial Commencing With Lost Shores Event

Looking to lure even more players, ArenaNet is starting a free trial for the game this week.

Posted By | On 12th, Nov. 2012

While ArenaNet introduced The Lost Shores event for Guild Wars 2 in the wake of their interrupted Halloween event, it seems the world-changing three-day escapade won’t be the only thing gamers have to look forward to. If you haven’t already joined the bandwagon, then you can try out Guild Wars 2 from November 15th to 18th for free. That’s the full game, four days, no charge.

Of course, there’s always a catch. You need a friend who already has a copy of the game to invite you. And for those interested in getting their friends involved, they must have an account that’s been created before November 6th. You can also only refer a friend up to three times in this trial period.

If you’ve already tried inviting a friend and haven’t found anything different, then relax because the feature has just gone active today. So if you’ve ever wanted to try the critically and commercially acclaimed RPG for yourself, then now’s your chance.
