Guilty Gear Strive - I-No

Fighting games by their very nature aren’t always the biggest successes unless it’s an established brand like Street Fighter, Tekken or Mortal Kombat. However, Guilty Gear Strive has been doing very well for Arc System Works. It recently confirmed that shipments and digital sales have crossed 500,000 units worldwide.

This is compared to last month when it managed to pass 300,000 units in shipments and digital sales worldwide within four days of launch. The developer also said that it would announce the game’s first DLC character on July 20th at 6 PM PST on its YouTube channel. Stay tuned for more details on that front, especially since this will be a brand new character for the series.

Guilty Gear Strive is currently available for PS4, PS5 and PC. You can check out our review for it here. Along with DLC characters and new stages, not to mention the “Another Story” DLC, Arc System Works is also working on crossplay between consoles.
