Fresh off its nomination for Best Mobile Game at The Game Awards 2023, miHoYo Games’ Honkai: Star Rail has received a new trailer. It showcases Huohuo, the upcoming five-star Abundance character who is also a Ten Lords Commission Judge-in-training. While tasked with hunting ghosts, she’s unfortunately too scared to face them.
This leads to buffing Guinaifen (added in the last update) and hoping she’ll take care of everything. When there’s nowhere to run, the heliobus in her tail takes over her body. If you’ve ever watched or read Jujutsu Kaisen, the effect is similar to seeing Sukuna, as they unleash what may as well be a Domain Expansion on the enemies.
The trailer highlights what could be the new boss and other threats coming in Version 1.5, “The Crepuscule Zone.” It launches on November 15th for PS5, PC, iOS and Android, with non-console platforms able to pre-load it now. Stay tuned for more details on Huohuo’s kit when it goes live.
