Honkai Star Rail - Version 1.4

Jingliu is gone in Honkai: Star Rail, and a new five-star character, Topaz and Numby, is now available. Following the Path of the Hunt, the duo specializes in follow-up attacks. In a new episode of “Keeping up with Star Rail”, the Trotter sits down with Owlbert to discuss their kit. Check it out below, ideally with subtitles.

Their Skill is “Difficulty Paying”, which inflicts Proof of Debt on a single enemy, increasing the follow-up damage they take. Numby will then deal Fire damage equivalent to a percentage of Topaz’s Attack in a follow-up attack. “Turn a Profit!” is their ultimate, increasing Numby’s damage multiplier and critical damage while causing them to enter Windfall Bonanza (which lasts two attacks).

When enemies with Proof of Debt take damage, Numby’s action is advanced by 50 percent, meaning even more follow-up attacks. While exploring, Numby can also be used to find Treasure Chests and even befriend other Trotters, stopping them from running away. Though not a hyper-carry DPS like Imbibitor Lunae or Jingliu, Topaz and Numby are still good when paired with Asta and Clara.

Honkai: Star Rail is available for PS5, PC, iOS and Android. Check out our review here.
