Honkai: Star Rail’s latest update, Version 1.4, “Jolted Awake From a Winter Dream,” is available now on PC, iOS, Android and PS5 (to coincide with the version’s launch). It adds a lot of new content, but perhaps the most awaited addition is Jingliu. The five-star Ice wielder follows the Path of the Destruction, and in the latest “Keeping up with Star Rail,” Jing Yuan, Yanqing and Owlbert discuss her abilities.
Jingliu’s Basic Attack is Lucent Moonglow, which damages a single enemy. Transcendent Flash is her Skill, which deals more damage to an enemy but also provides a stack of Syzygy. After gaining two stacks, Jingliu enters Spectral Transmigration, advancing her actions by 100 percent and increasing Critical Hit Rate by 40 to 52 percent. Each attack in this state drains health from allies and increases her damage.
Moon On Glacial River becomes her new Skill, dealing AoE damage to enemies. It doesn’t consume Skill Points but is the only attack available until all stacks are gone. Her Ultimate, Florephemeral Dreamflux, deals damage to all enemies and provides a stack of Syzygy when it ends, thus prolonging Spectral Transmigration.
Based on community feedback, Jingliu is incredibly strong and the best damage dealer in the game next to Dang Heng – Imbibitor Lunae. Time will tell if the next five-star character, Topaz and Numby, can top her. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
