miHoYo’s latest update for Honkai: Star Rail is now live with Version 1.5, “The Crepuscule Zone.” It adds a new area, the Fyxestroll Garden in the Ten-Lords Commission, and new story content centred on Huohuo, the Judge-in-training. Not only has the five-star Abundance character received a new animated short, but an episode of “Keeping up with Star Rail” also discusses her abilities.
Huohuo’s basic attack, Banner: Stormcaller, deals Wind damage equivalent to 25 to 55 percent of her max HP to one target. Her Skill, Talisman: Protection, dispels a debuff on an ally and restores their HP equal to a percentage of Huohuo’s HP while also healing adjacent allies. Huohuo also gains Divine Provision, which lasts two turns and restores HP to an ally equivalent to three to 4.8 percent of her max health, while also dispelling a debuff and healing allies at 50 percent HP or lower once.
Tail: Spiritual Domination is her Ultimate, regenerating energy for all other party members by 15 to 21 percent of their max energy while raising their attack by 24 to 43.2 percent for two turns. Huohuo is a strong support overall and presents an alternative to Luocha and Fu Xuan. Stay tuned for more details on other upcoming characters, like Hanya and Argenti, in the coming weeks.
