Genshin Impact - Aloy

Genshin Impact developer miHoYo Games has revealed a collaboration with Sony which will see Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn and the upcoming Horizon Forbidden West added as a playable character. As a 5-star Cryo Vision character, Aloy’s trademark weapon is, of course, the bow. She’ll be added with update 2.1 when it goes live on October 13th, exclusively for PS4 and PS5 players.

You’ll need to be Adventure Rank 20 or above to receive “Savior From Another World” Aloy via the in-game mail. If you miss Phase 1 of the collaboration, don’t worry. Phase 2 drops with update 2.2 on November 24th and will be available until for players on all platforms until update 2.3 goes live.

Genshin Impact is currently available for PS4, PS5, PC, iOS and Android. It recently received update 2.0 which adds the Inazuma region along with new story missions, side quests, weapons, Artifacts and more to partake in. Players can also partake in the new character banner to unlock Kamisato Ayaka and Yoimiya. Stay tuned for more details on update 2.1 in the coming months.
