It Takes Two

Hazelight Studios’ It Takes Two is out later this month and offers another compelling co-op adventure from A Way Out director Josef Fares. With previews having recently gone live, GameSpot released a gameplay video showcasing the first 22 minutes of the PC version. Check it out below (and the PC requirements here).

The story sees Cody and May struggling with their marriage. One day, they’re magically turned into dolls and must work together to survive. As the video reveals, there’s plenty of platforming, double jumping and dashing along with puzzles to solve.

Fares has noted the game’s lack of collectibles and variety in gameplay, going as far as to offer $1000 to anyone who gets bored with it. It Takes Two releases on March 26th for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5 and PC. It comes with a Friend’s Pass that allows for playing through the entire game with another person without needing a second copy. Stay tuned for more details en route to its launch in the coming weeks.
