Crystal Dynamics has a new War Table Deep Dive available for Marvel’s Avengers, detailing all of the content that’s coming this Holiday season. It actually all kicks off later today with the release of the first Raid, which sees the Avengers investigating corrupted Vibranium in Wakanda. They venture to the Sacred Mound and must contend with Klaue’s forces including a giant robotic spider.
Along with the new raid is a rework of cosmetic rewards and gear upgrades, an increase to Power Level, and the addition of Spider-Man for PS4 and PS5 players. Spider-Man essentially learns of a dangerous plot by AIM and works with the Avengers to stop them in a new Hero Event. Regardless of one’s progress, it’s possible to jump into the event immediately, even if you haven’t played the campaign.
