Marvel's Avengers

Sick of fighting AIM in Marvel’s Avengers? Well, good news because they’re a key part of the upcoming Tachyon Anomaly event. Starting on April 22nd and ending on May 3rd, the event will allow for teams of the same hero to band together. So if you want to have a team of four Iron Men or matchmake into a team of Hulks, then this is a good opportunity.

Along with a new Tachyon Mission, “And We’re Back”, a weekly mission chain will be available that provides Hivemind Set Gear as a reward while daily missions provide Priority Set Gear. Several Tachyon Rift Missions will be available simultaneously during the event while new missions will be live for Power Level 1 to 100 heroes. The latter will rotate each day with new rewards.

You can also earn Temporal Assault Nameplates, including an animated team nameplate after completing the weekly mission chain for the first time. As for animated nameplates for each hero, they’ll be available in the Marketplace. April 22nd to 29th will see nameplates for Thor, Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye available while Iron Man, Ms. Marvel, Kate Bishop and Captain America will have theirs available from April 29th to May 6th.

Marvel’s Avengers released last year for Xbox One, PS4, PC and Google Stadia with the Xbox Series X/S and PS5 versions recently becoming available. A new update added Operation: Hawkeye – Future Imperfect with new story missions and a new location – check out our review for it here.
