With Marvel’s Wolverine dropping on September 15th, Insomniac Games has released a snappy new features trailer, covering everything you should know. This includes the basics of Logan’s story and why he’s fighting, narrated by none other than actor Liam McIntyre.

We get a quick look at the utter brutality players can inflict on their enemies, whether it’s ripping them apart with your bare claws or kicking them into lava. Some new abilities are showcased, including deflecting bullets with Logan’s claws, and Adaptations open up options like increasing the passive recharge rate for all Special Techniques at Rage Tier 2 (and even further at Tier 3).

There are also some new suits on display, and you have quite the selection based on film, comic books and TV shows, whether it’s Old Man Logan, Weapon X, Ultimate Wolverine or a simple leather jacket. Cowls and hats can be turned off, and as you collect more suits, Logan will gain health upgrades.

It also confirms that New Game Plus will feature exclusive Techniques and an increased level cap, while Nightmare Challenges challenge you to beat high scores. And yes, Photo Mode is available from the get-go, though it requires downloading the day one update. The game is still perfectly playable without it, though – head here for more details.
