Monster Hunter World x The Witcher 3

If you were prepping for Arch-Tempered Kulve Taroth to invade Monster Hunter World on PC, then there’s more good news. The collaboration quest with CD Projekt RED’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt finally has a release date for PC. It will be going live on May 9th, 12 AM UTC.

Along with introducing a new Special Assignment, which sees players battling a Leshen in the New World, Geralt of Rivia will be playable. The quest’s progression changes depending on side objectives completed and it’s possible to earn materials to craft the Geralt an α armor set and Witcher’s Silver Sword as rewards. Special objectives will also net bounties for crafting the Cursed Staff α and Nekker α armor set for one’s Palico.

On May 17th, a special Event Quest will go live that involves fighting the Leshen on Death March difficulty. Completing this will reward materials for the Ciri α armor set and Zireael dual blades. You can also earn materials for crafting two new sets of Layered Armor, one for Geralt and one for Ciri. This Event Quest will be available until May 30th.
