With E3 2023 cancelled, all eyes are on individual publisher showcases and events like Summer Game Fest. However, Gamescom 2023 is also returning from August 23rd to 27th. The full list of exhibitors is yet to be detailed, but Nintendo is confirmed to attend. It’s interesting, given how the company skipped last year’s event.

In the coming weeks, many more exhibitors will be revealed, so stay tuned. Last year’s exhibition saw Xbox, Bandai Namco and Ubisoft attending, so it’s safe to expect them too. Since PlayStation was absent, it remains to be seen if it’s present this year (especially since it’s rumored to have a PlayStation Showcase in May).

Of course, all eyes are on Gamescom Opening Night Live on August 22nd, hosted by Geoff Keighley. With last year’s showcase being two hours long and featuring over 30 games, several World Premieres can be expected for this year. Stay tuned for more details and updates in the meantime.
