Developer FuturLab and publisher Square Enix have released a new trailer for PowerWash Simulator to promote the game’s update 1.2, titled The Muckingham Files. The trailer, which you can check out below, shows off some of the new things players can clean once the update hits. The update, which was announced earlier this month, is out now.
The Muckingham Files wants to take players back to the mysterious setting of the Mauka Aitu Desert. Players will have to clean advanced machinery, which includes a Solar Water Plant, and a large Satellite Dish. The trailer also showed off the player cleaning up various smaller objects, including food trucks.
The update also brings an expansion to the game’s story and setting. As part of the update, bonus jobs from the base game are being updated to offer players more of a glimpse at just what is going on in the game’s strange setting, helping supplement the main story of PowerWash Simulator.
PowerWash Simulator is also slated to get more content down the line, including free content as well as paid DLC. The game also got a recent collaboration with Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
