Sony’s PlayStation 5 showcase event will be taking place on June 11th at 1 PM PDT, offering a first-hand look at games coming to the next-gen console. While rumors have been floating about what could be shown, three listings for PS5 titles have appeared on Amazon UK. As Nibellion pointed out on Twitter, these are placeholder listings.
However, the publisher names have been revealed, namely Konami, Koch Media and 2K Games. While the Konami listing could be for the Silent Hill reboot that’s reportedly in development, it’s anyone’s guess what the other two could offer. 2K Games publishes a range of titles from the NBA 2K series to Borderlands while Koch Media owns a number of subsidiaries, from Fishlabs (Chorus) to Volition (Saints Row).
Again, we won’t know for sure what these games are until more information is available. It’s even possible that some of them won’t be revealed at the PS5 showcase event. Regardless, stay tuned in the coming weeks especially as various digital events get underway.
