Rainbow Six Extraction Trailer Showcases Jager’s Automated Turret

The latest REACT Operator can place turrets which will fire upon enemies and also shoot down any hostile projectiles in its path.

Ubisoft has released a new Operator Showcase trailer for Rainbow Six Extraction, this time focusing on Jager. Armed with an automated turret, he can place it down to both shoot at hostiles and eradicate any projectiles launched at your team. Check it out below.

Multiple turrets can apparently be placed down so if you want to have a more defense-oriented squad, then Jager seems like a solid pick. Each map can have a random objective from a pool of 13, from rescuing a hostage to defending a point, so there are plenty of places where turrets can come in handy.

Rainbow Six Extraction releases on January 20th 2022 for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia. It will retail for $40 but also comes with a Buddy Pass to invite up two friends to play for free (for a period of 14 days, that is). For more details on the maps, enemies, and Sprawl, head here.
