#8. RESIDENT EVIL – CODE: VERONICA
Rockfort Island, an Umbrella facility in Antarctica, Resident Evil – Code: Veronica sure takes players on an eventful journey- and for the most part, the locations that it takes you to are really good. The gothic nature of many of the environments is very different from most of what we usually see in Resident Evil, and there’s also the fact that there’s just inherently something so cool (no pun intended) about exploring a secret lab of an evil organization in Antarctica. Sure, design-wise, Code: Veronica is a bit inconsistent, especially when compared to its predecessors, but by and large, there’s more to like here than dislike.
