Transforming Creature

The Transforming Creature is one of those unique rejected monstrosities that had two designs before ultimately being rejected. In both cases, an Umbrella test subject would transform – the first design was simply a humanoid with its arms turning into two mouths with lots of sharp teeth. Clearly there was some love for the “mouths” motif so the second design went all in, consisting of arms that transformed into gaping maws, random mouths on the limbs and body, and even one on the back of the neck. It looked unique if nothing else.
