It’s not too far off, according to noted insider Dusk Golem.
Capcom’s Resident Evil 3 is out in just a few weeks but what ever happened to that promised demo? After dropping new details on next year’s Resident Evil title, AestheticGamer aka Dusk Golem on Twitter provided another tease. It turns out the Resident Evil 3 demo will release on March 20th. That’s this Friday.
It’s unknown what players can expect and whether this will be a One Shot Demo like Resident Evil 2 or not. But at the very least it should offer a look at the game’s combat, the Perfect Dodge mechanic and how terrifying the Nemesis can be. Expect the demo to be available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
The full game launches on April 3rd for the above platforms. The storyline takes place between the events of Resident Evil 1 and 2 where the T-Virus has broken out in Raccoon City and Jill Valentine is scrambling to escape. She’s joined by Carlos Oliveira of the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service, but is also relentlessly pursued by the Nemesis, a more advanced Tyrant programmed to hunt S.T.A.R.S. members.
