Resident Evil 4

New footage for Capcom’s upcoming Resident Evil 4 remake is available via publications like 4Gamer, Dengeki Online, Impress Watch and more. It showcases more gameplay of Castle Salazar, where Leon and Ashley battle Los Illuminados cultists and encounter Ramon Salazar. Check it out below.

We also see the first phase of the fight with Jack Krauser. Focused on quick-time events in the original, their removal in the remake means players must attack and parry manually. The Merchant’s shop is also showcased, where players can upgrade weapons and cash in treasures.

The Berserker, a powerful melee combatant with dual claw blades reliant on sound, is also revealed. It’s a game of cat and mouse, as Leon must sneak around the room without touching any hanging chains to hit the Las Plagas parasite on its back.

Resident Evil 4 is out on March 24th for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. A demo goes live before that, so stay tuned.
