At The Game Awards, Sony announced that Housemarque’s acclaimed roguelike shooter Returnal will be coming to PC soon, and in the wake of the announcement, the game’s official Steam page has gone live. In addition to confirming that the port is being handled by Climax Studios, the page has also revealed the minimum and recommended requirements for the game- and they’re quite demanding.

Even the minimum settings are nothing to scoff at. On minimum specs, Returnal will require either an i5-6400 (4 core 2.7GHz) or a Ryzen 5 1500X (4 core 3.5GHz), along with either a GeForce GTX 1060 (6 GB) or a Radeon RX 580 (8 GB), and 16 GB of RAM. Meanwhile, on recommended settings, the game will demand either an i7-8700 (6 core 3.7 GHz) or a Ryzen 7 2700X (8 core 3.7 GHz), along with either an RTX 2070 SUPER (8 GB) or an RX 6700 XT (12 GB), and 32 GB of RAM. On either setting, you’ll also need 60 GB of free storage space. You can check out the full system requirements below.

Returnal launches for PC sometime in early 2023.
