While there is some controversy brewing around Spider-Man fans and players not being happy about the game not adding some suits they want in the game, it seems on one front, at least, their wishes have been satisfied.
The most requested Spider-Man suit for the game all this time has been the Sam Raimi suit. The Sam Raimi suit is the iconic suit from the original trilogy of live action Spider-Man movies, which starred Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker. It’s the one that the general public probably recognizes the most, and for many, is representative of their first exposure to Spider-Man as a character. Now, that suit is available in the game for everyone via the latest free update for it.
Based on just how amazingly it is rendered in the screenshot PlayStation shared in the tweet making this announcement, I think fans who look back on the suit fondly will be happy with how it has been realized in the game.
Spider-Man is out now exclusively on PS4. Make sure to check out its final bit of DLC, which launches tomorrow.
