After a delay due to the game’s build regeneration system going down, The Division 2’s next season has a new release date. Season 11: Reign of Fire starts on February 28th, and a livestream will be held on February 27th at 7:15 AM PT to outline its content.

In August 2022, Massive Entertainment confirmed new loot and two Apparel Events for Season 11. It will also include a new game mode, Manhunt target, and quality-of-life improvements. The long-awaited Specialization Revamp still doesn’t have a release date, but perhaps there will be an update next week.

Of course, this isn’t the end. While Massive works on new projects like Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and its untitled Star Wars game, Ubisoft Bucharest, Ubisoft Toronto and Ubisoft Shanghai will work on Year 5 content. It reportedly kicks off in Spring 2023 (no word on whether this has shifted) and features a new game mode, Descent. Stay tuned for more details in the coming months.
