The Division To Have Pre-Manhattan Gameplay, Full Map Legend Revealed

What kinds of activities and loot types can be expected in the full game?

The Division

The launch trailer for Tom Clancy’s The Division has brought a new wave of information to continue hyping fans up for its release. One of those is the tease of pre-Manhattan gameplay, as indicated by a screenshot that an eagle-eyed Redditor managed to nab.

This shot shows Faye Lau, your fellow Division agent in the beta, relatively healthy and not having bandages on half her face. Given that the game itself doesn’t quite start in the same way as the beta, it’s highly likely that this is confirmation of gameplay before you end up in Manhattan. It could be Faye Lau at a later part of the game, all healed up, so keep that skepticism alive.

Another intriguing detail is the Map Legend which showcases different icons for side-missions, encounters, main missions, etc. along with the different kinds of loot you can collect. It’s essentially a way to indicate the different activities you’ll come across in the full game.

Tom Clancy’s The Division is out on March 8th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Are you picking it up? Let us know in the comments.
