In a report speaking about the same, VGC have also stated that the first game from The Initiative – the first party studio Microsoft built from scratch in 2018 – will be revealed at the upcoming event.

The Initiative been rumoured to be working on a Perfect Dark game, while Xbox boss Phil Spencer has also hinted that the studio could be working on one of Microsoft’s older properties. Recently, it came to light that their game runs on Unreal Engine 4, and features “various weapons, gadgets, and a camera surveillance system.”
