Entranced by the brilliant cinematic commercial for The Last of Us Part 2 that’s been circulating on TV? Naughty Dog and Sony have released the official extended commercial, which showcases a bit more of Ellie singing before diving into the madness. Check it out below.
Though not actual gameplay, it does showcase many of the threats that Ellie will face. Along with the Infected, she’ll have to deal with militaristic Washington Liberation Front and cult-like Seraphites. Sometimes the two factions will clash with each other, which can create some dynamic opportunities for Ellie to take advantage of.
The Last of Us Part 2 releases in June 19th for PS4. Recently, Naughty Dog revealed the depth of the game’s accessibility options, from text-to-speech and colorblind options to a high-contrast mode. It also confirmed that Survivor difficulty is unlocked from the start but players can still customize a variety of parameters for the right amount of challenge.
