The launch trailer for Obsidian Entertainment’s The Outer Worlds is here, indicating the heaps of chaos and choices you can make. It also has the catchy 20th Century Boy by T. Rex in the background. Check out the trailer below.

Obsidian has released a whole bunch of other details about the FPS/RPG in the past few days. We got to see the opening 20 minutes which reveal how The Stranger got to be on the various colonies in the Halcyon Cluster. Character creation and customization were also revealed with different skills, Aptitudes and much more to play around with.

Along with a large Day 1 patch, we recently learned more about the PC requirements (see here for more information). Publisher Private Division also confirmed that the title will be enhanced for PS4 Pro as well as Xbox One X. The former will upsample visuals to 4K resolution from a 1440p resolution.

The Outer Worlds is out on October 25th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC with the PC version being timed exclusive to the Epic Games Store.
