The Wolf Among Us 2

The Wolf Among Us fans have been waiting for a sequel for a long and torturous time. After the original project was cancelled with the former Telltale Games’ shuttering some time after its initial announcement, a reformed Telltale announced in 2019 that The Wolf Among Us 2 was back in the works with its development having been restarted. Updates on the game dried up almost entirely following that, but Telltale confirmed late last year that news on the game would be arriving soon.

Now we know how soon. Taking recently to Twitter, Telltale Games announced a stream hosted by Geoff Keighley, set for February 9 at 10 AM PT, which is right around the corner. And what exactly will this stream entail? Telltale says you can expect to see “a behind-the-scenes look” at The Wolf Among Us 2 and “more”- which is rather vague, so hopefully, given all the years of anticipation and the lack of updates over that period, this upcoming showing will be a meaty one.

Details on the game itself are scant for now, but Telltale recently revealed some brief details on it and its development- read more on that through here. We also know that unlike the first game, all episodes of the sequel are being developed together.

Meanwhile, Telltale Games is also currently developing The Expanse with support from Life is Strange: True Colors developer Deck Nine.
