That feeling of emerging into Limgrave for the first time and trying multiple times to defeat the Tree Sentinel; entering Leyndell and marvelling at its increasing complexity; the war against Malenia – Elden Ring has created so many core memories for new players and hardcore Souls-like fans alike that it’s astounding.
