Portal 2 had a completely different opening sequence
I have to admit, that the Portal 2 had a slow opening, but it was necessary and the more I played Portal 2, the more it made sense, and in time, I came to realize just how quite ingenious it was. Nevertheless, the developers had a different plan for the opening sequence which had a different relaxation vault opening sequence. Additionally it was showcased at GDC 2012.
