After launching for PS4, Xbox One and PC, WolfEye Studios’ immersive sim/action RPG Weird West is out now on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S and is also playable on Game Pass. The Definitive Edition adds support for 4K and 60 FPS on current-gen consoles and includes all updates since launch. Check out the launch trailer below.

Along with quality-of-life changes and improvements, Weird West has received new features like Nimpossible Mode for those seeking a challenge. A weapon-scrapping mode, new encounters and layouts, additional locations within the Mine, weapon variations and much more have also been added. You can also carry over weapon abilities between heroes, though it’s unknown whether mod support is available on the console versions.

Whether the developer will continue supporting Weird West for the foreseeable future remains to be seen. In the meantime, check out our official review of the launch version to learn more about the gameplay.
